Principales funciones:

Comunicación interna estratégica: Diseñar y ejecutar planes que aseguren una comunicación clara, transparente y alineada con los objetivos de la empresa.
Gestión de herramientas digitales: Implementar y dinamizar el uso de la app de comunicación interna y redes sociales corporativas. Creación de contenido, campañas y noticias que generen impacto positivo.
Acompañamiento en el cambio: Serás el nexo entre la dirección y los equipos durante procesos de transformación, facilitando la adopción de nuevos modelos de trabajo.
Fomento del compromiso: Planificar programas de reconocimiento, gestionar encuestas de satisfacción laboral y organizar eventos que fortalezcan el sentimiento de pertenencia.
Certificaciones de excelencia: Liderar los procesos de obtención y renovación de sellos como HappyatWork.
Bienestar y felicidad: Impulsar iniciativas de salud mental, conciliación y bienestar emocional que mejoren la calidad de vida de nuestros equipos.

DUTIES WILL INCLUDE BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO

Recruit and manages our network of wellness ambassadors and champions across worksites.
Collaborate with Employee Resource Groups to develop wellness and support programming for their members.
Assist teams with developing wellness-focused team building and engagement sessions.
Assist with implementing and managing a wellness rewards program.
Conduct outreach at various sites to encourage participation in wellness programs and offerings.
Manage marketing and communications for the wellness team, including maintenance of our internal Wellness Hub website, and creating marketing materials to promote programs, initiatives, and resources. Collaborate and partner with vendors to provide well-being programs.
Collect data and track progress of program reach.

The Health and Wellness Coach will be responsible for providing coaching and guidance on health, wellness, nutrition, weight management, and overall well-being to clients.

We will train you in our Health Coaching methodology. Further education opportunities are available.

Primary:
Partner with the Senior Manager, Learning and Development to align learning and development programs with overall employee experience and ADL organizational goals;
Help plan, execute, and improve upon the onboarding process, ensuring new hires feel welcomed, informed, and supported throughout their employee experience;
Identify and track touchpoints throughout the employee experience supporting the positive evolution of employee programs;
Assist with reporting on key employee experience metrics including the collection of data, and helping to drive improvements through data-informed decisions;
Work closely with P&C and other stakeholders to address specific needs within cross-functional teams;
Support the development of employee feedback surveys and listening programs and help analyze results to create actionable recommendations.

Work Experience:
The ideal candidate has several years’ experience in human resources, with a demonstrable increase in skills and responsibility;
Background in learning and development, education, or another related function, is highly desirable;
Experience designing and facilitating training programs is preferred.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related field, or equivalent experience required.
Training certification (ATD, CPTD, or similar) preferred

Work Environment:
ADL is a hybrid environment, this role requires presence in-person/in office 3 days a week.

Compensation:
This position has a salary range of $60,000 to $70,000. This salary range is reflective of a position based in New York, New York. Please note that actual salaries are commensurate with experience and reflect the budget for a given position, and since ADL has a location-based compensation structure, there may be a different range for candidates in other locations.
