Primary:
Partner with the Senior Manager, Learning and Development to align learning and development programs with overall employee experience and ADL organizational goals;
Help plan, execute, and improve upon the onboarding process, ensuring new hires feel welcomed, informed, and supported throughout their employee experience;
Identify and track touchpoints throughout the employee experience supporting the positive evolution of employee programs;
Assist with reporting on key employee experience metrics including the collection of data, and helping to drive improvements through data-informed decisions;
Work closely with P&C and other stakeholders to address specific needs within cross-functional teams;
Support the development of employee feedback surveys and listening programs and help analyze results to create actionable recommendations.

Compensation:
This position has a salary range of $60,000 to $70,000. This salary range is reflective of a position based in New York, New York. Please note that actual salaries are commensurate with experience and reflect the budget for a given position, and since ADL has a location-based compensation structure, there may be a different range for candidates in other locations.
